OUR MOVEMENT METHOD
Our barre movement method combines small, isometric muscle contractions, dynamic movement, and smart sequencing to keep your body guessing (and transforming) without falling into a predictive cycle. Our pilates movement method combines the traditional philosophies of pilates and the latest, evidence-based exercise science to create a highly effective, full-body workout. We are confident that regular attendance of any of our classes will help improve strength and endurance, body awareness, and flexibility. You may also notice weight loss, a visible increase in muscular tone, increased joint mobility, and a healthier and happier mind.
Our studio was custom designed to encourage and inspire you to move. We offer complimentary organic, fair-trade herbal tea to enjoy before and after class. Our changing room is equipped with cruelty-free, New Zealand-made natural skincare and personal hygiene products to refresh after class. We provide all equipment necessary for class including designer eco-friendly mats and luxury sweat towels -all you need to bring is your water bottle. We have a shower on-site for private clients.
