A combination of small, isometric muscle contractions, dynamic movement, and smart sequencing means you’ll keep your body guessing (and transforming) without falling into a predictive cycle. We are confident that regular attendance of any of our classes will help improve strength and endurance, body awareness, and flexibility. Our studio was custom designed to encourage and inspire you to move. We offer complimentary hot organic herbal tea in winter and fruity organic iced tea in summer to enjoy before or after class. Our changing room is equipped with cruelty-free, New Zealand made natural skincare and personal hygiene products to refresh after class. We provide all equipment necessary for class including New Zealand designer eco-conscious mats and luxury sweat towels -all you need to bring is your water bottle.
