Catie Harsant - Owner & Master Instructor

Catie is hugely passionate about health and general wellbeing, and believes that having good physical and mental health is the key foundation to progressing and achieving in all aspects of life.
Her passion for movement originated from her love for dance. She joined her local ballet theatre at age six and continued to attend until her mid-teens where she achieved Royal Academy of Dance ballet examinations through to an advanced level. Catie also completed various examinations and tests in jazz, contemporary, and ballroom dance.
Catie has since completed her clinical Pilates certification through Breathe Education in Melbourne, Australia, as well as her STOTT Pilates Total Barre qualification and specialist pre and post-natal program here in Auckland. Catie is a huge believer in continuing development, and often attends professional workshops throughout the year.
Rebecca Wyatt - Master Instructor
Style: Sweet, creative, elegant and energetic.
Rebecca loves being active and expressing herself through movement and believes a mindful approach to exercise is key in creating a healthy mind and body.
Beginning dance lessons at the age of four, Rebecca has grown up to be “bun-head” and a lover of all things ballet. She has completed examinations through the Royal Academy of Dance and is still dancing at an advanced level. She also has experience in jazz and tap dancing, and now teaches dance classes to a variety of ages and levels.
Rebecca’s passion for artistic and dynamic movement translates into her passion for barre and pilates. She has an internationally recognised certification with world-renowned ‘Xtend Barre’ and loves to combine her knowledge of elegant dance technique, with safe and effective pilates-based movement.
Brittany Kohler - Cover Instructor
Style: Light-hearted, creative, encouraging.
Brittany has a love of movement and creativity, applying a holistic approach to her practice.
As a professionally trained dancer, Brittany feels at home working with the body and movement, currently as a freelance contemporary dancer and choreographer, Pilates instructor, dance movement therapy assistant, and dance teacher - having taught children and adults of all abilities in both structured and open environments.
Before her full-time dance training, Brittany completed examinations to the highest levels in RAD Ballet and NZAMD Contemporary, as well as taking JDNZ Jazz.
Brittany completed her Mat Pilates teacher training in 2018, and allows time for ongoing professional development.
She now teaches at various studios around Auckland, her years of experience working with the body through dance providing a certain intuition and transferable knowledge into her Pilates instructing. She is passionate about creating an accepting, encouraging, and positive environment within her classes
